I purchased a 2017 Acura in February. The experience itself was fine, however through the negotiations with Sam Choi, a sales representative there, he included snow tires into the cost of the car. Low and behold, 8 months later when I m going to have them put onto the car only to have the mechanic flag they are 19 rims for a 20 rim car. How does that work Sam? So now I ve had to spend $1K for brand new snow tires, which were supposed to be part of the deal.

Save yourself the time and frustration and visit an alternate, mediocre dealership with sketchy sales tactics.
