I bought a new Tacoma here a couple weeks ago, dealing with my salesman Jonathan was great and closing the deal only took about an hour. I got what I wanted for my trade and they honored their offer sight unseen. Service dept has always been great as well, no pushy tactics to bamboozle you into unnecessary services.
