We received a free cake as a birthday gift during our stay
We did not receive the complimentary pili oil included on the wonderful weekend package that we availed
We almost did not receive the wine included on the wonderful weekend package that we availed but received it out of customer dispute upon arrival at the room. Thought we will arrive with complete perks included in the package already.
