After waiting over a half hour in line we were turned away. Even though the website states no entry fee is required for the brewery/restaurant we were not able to get in because we didnt have a lift ticket purchased on line before arriving. Thought about possibly snow tubing there, etc but well if my business isnt good enough, then I'll take my tubing business elsewhere. You have a published policy which you should honor regardless of the crowd size. BTW went to Sugar Mtn , Christmas day. No lift ticket needed to get in, bet they'll appreciate my business. Went into Boone to Lost Provence brewery. Great beer, great food, great service, and they weren't turning anyone away.
