I am Mikhail Polishchuk. He was trained in the preparatory course in skillup, drawing in Photoshop on a graphics tablet. I chose for a long time, compared other companies. The price also played an important role,
really affordable. I saw an advertisement on Facebook and went to a trial lesson. I liked the approach of the teacher who was in the trial lesson. You can see your person who loves games right away.
Preparatory course before the main course of drawing concept art. Thanks separately to our teacher Vyacheslav Fedotov, his approach to teaching is great for all those who want
the result without undue blows to archaism. When I came home killed from work, and began to fall asleep (a student habit), his jokes helped to cheer up, wake up and assimilate the material.
When I first came to the course, I did not know before what to do, how to start drawing? What do you need to know? Here they briefly outlined the main base (if before that I did not draw at all, I only drew something in black and white
in notebooks, while not studying in an artist or a designer) which helped a lot. Perfectly walked through the character, textures, in general, all that is needed.
I liked the new approach to gaining the skill of body proportions, drawing a character in perspective, for homework in a sketchbook, sketches were drawn for more than 5 minutes, from living people. It is hardcore to look for someone to draw on the post office or on the contract area, but the skill really rises before our eyes. I was glad that the teacher loves games, he watches cartoons, he is a practitioner, not a theoretician. Once again, I want to separately note the specific humor inherent in those who are in the subject. Thanks to the teacher, it was very fun and cool.
And although due to circumstances I cannot go to the main course right now. But I will definitely do it, but for now I will consolidate and hone everything that I have received.
I'll add it myself. Anyone who really loves games and cartoons, who lives by this, wants to make concepts, as if the road here is for him for sure. Anyone who just wants to get basic
drawing skills in Photoshop, but does not like and does not understand games, does not watch cartoons, is used to learning the names of the 6th vertebra from a six-volume anatomy book, and draw only from a static nature a sketch for an hour, endlessly
saw it to the ideal, he most likely will not like the course. Not because he's bad, it's just not for them. I recommend that these people look at courses in other companies, without concept art, with more sharpening for illustration.
I am very pleased, and if you fit the description of what I created, that is, you love games, cartoons, good films and a new approach to learning in a cool atmosphere, then go for sure, I advise everyone!
