I brought my car in for its 75K service as well as breaks (front & back). Hoffman had a loaner ready and I was on my way to work in no time. When I picked up my vehicle and started to drive home, there was an issue. I called Hoffman and their response was fantastic! I live an hour from their East Hartford facility so they sent a tow truck and two service techs to my house with a loaner from another store, first thing the next morning. Within an hour the problem was solved and at the end of the day they brought my car back to my house and picked up the loaner. Sometimes things don t go as planned but Hoffman made that their problem and not mine.
