The staff was very good, other then the housekeeping. We had an intruder in our Villa the first day. I was so disappointed about the seagulls that literally took the food out of my sons hands. I even got pooped on by these birds. This was happening all the time. We were not feeding them so I think this is a situation where management should find a solution. The restaurant did replace my son's burger. I think they should rename the resort to "Seagulls Cay Resort".
