I've had great experiences here. Once to switch out jewelry in a piercing and the other to pick out some spirals for my ears. The piercers are great at putting you at ease and are patient with people who have lots of questions. Front desk is always friendly when I've been visiting. The shop is spotlessly clean and my only reason for giving it a 4/5 is that although the jewelry selection is amazing and beautiful it's very pricey. Otherwise I'd recommend everyone coming here for their body mod needs.
