The only reason I'm giving it the one star is beca...

The only reason I'm giving it the one star is because the salesman wasn't pushy and overbearing. He was very nice. However, the finance guy was a different story. It was all smoke and mirrors and a lot of BS from the start. He was not up front and forthcoming with numbers. I asked for 3 things: 1. Sticker price they wanted for the car. 2. What they would give me for my trade. 3. Payment estimate. None of that was presented clearly. What is wrong with giving people simple honest and up front answers??? Further, I put my trade into the service department so that they could assess what the trade in value would be and ended up being extorted for 100 bucks "diagnostic fee" because I was taking my car it out of there and not purchasing at Nissan. I already knew what part needed replacement! They did give me a loaner car to use while they looked at my trade and told me they would "waive the rental fee" How nice of them. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Sorry Nissan, you blew it.
