i did not have an appointment but brought my car in for a recall and Antonio took care of me within minutes. They also did an inspection and found a few things wrong with my car, which i was glad to take care of right there an there. They did tell me it was going to take a while to get it all done, but they told me to get comfortable in the waiting area. They had pretzels, muffins, water and coffee complimentary in the lobby area and vending machines to purchase other snacks. They also had private desk area and i wish i would have taken my home work to study while waiting. I had initially called another dealer and they did not have availability for me the day off that is why i am thankful sterling mc call took care of me right there an there. Such a relief knowing your car is taken care of. Will definitely recommend.
