Found a bed bug and trapt it and took pictures. Was told by the fromt desk that they would switch our room and comp us for 1 night which they didn't do. The manager tells me they disnt find anything in the room, then tells me it wasnt a bed bug. Then tells me that the whole floor just got sparyed 1 week ago. Their dumpster is full of box springs and matresses that are on top of everything. So check your room over if you decide to stay and if they tell you something get it in writing. Also a heads up on the outdoor pool. It was filthy, and no one cleaned it all weekend. An employee said they wouldnt clean it until late July-August.
