Very good systems. However, the support structure so far has not met my expectations. I am 5 months trying to implement the easy retail system. I agree that any implementation is difficult and not everything can be solved right away. But they should at least pass a customer service protocol stipulating a deadline for solving problems. Another detail is the question of weekend and holiday shifts, it has to exist in a more accessible way. After all, many companies do not stop their activities these days.
