To all my small business owners DO NOT use Merchant Services aka First Data aka Fiserv for your point of sale. Their customer service and PCI compliance services are abysmal. I have called repeatedly, been on hold, transferred and even hung up on. They have repeatedly charged me for not being compliant while failing to send renewal for my PCI compliance which I have NEVER failed to complete in a timely manner. Shame on them.
