I bought a desktop computer 4weeks ago and had one problem after another with the operating system. After 12 to 14 tech support calls/chats was told The machine sat too long at the store and is incompatible. Now the manufacturer only wants to basically help me rebuild the machine myself and I m not happy with Lenovo either. I received zero help from Best Buy and told me they could send it off and that s all they could do. I Will never purchase one thing from Best Buy in the future!
