Where do I even start with Banff Springs? Everything about this hotel is magical. The views are breathtaking and rooms were cozy. The part that really blew me away was the staff. Every morning we were greeted by a friendly server in the Gold Level Lounge. They went above and beyond to not only make sure the adults in our party were taken care of but took the time to talk to the small children in our group about their day and experiences while at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone considering visiting Banff.
