WOW ! I see someone has a bee in their bonnet. Funny, I didn't have any bad experiences with Isaac. In fact, the exact opposite ! Their service department was courteous and reassuring throughout the process. I found their up-to-date knowledge base incredibly helpful when choosing which unit fit our needs the best. They were timely, neat and professional. Anyone I spoke with via phone was nice when I had questions. Pricing was competitive but I also knew I was getting quality assurance. This company is first on my list of recommendations to others.
