I have to say worst company I have ever dealt with...

I have to say worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered an IPhone X case and screen protector, when I placed the order I was notified order would be sent out with Hermes within 2-3 business days, well a week later still no sign of my goods! But debit had gone from my account! So I phone their UK office to be told my order had not been processed and would I like it escalated to a manger for approval! Of course I said Yes!!! Another week passed and still no goods. So I raised an on line ticket to request a full refund as I had now purchased my goods from a different company. (Didn t want any accidents with my phone not protected!!) About 3 days later I receive a reply to my request and told they were very sorry for my experience and the order would be cancelled and funds returned with in 3-5 working days! It s now 7 working days and no sign of the money!! So yet another call to be made to chase them up! I have to say their incompetence astounds me somewhat!!
