We have a booking on Sunday and they said check-in...

We have a booking on Sunday and they said check-in is 3pm so we arrived 3:30 and we saw a really long line of waiting just for the check-in... This is ridiculous!! It's been an hour but we are still waiting... not even go forward half way!!!
