Allstate HOA Management saved us!!! We are a 6 unit condo and they helped us with so many things such as accounting and delinquencies, finding contractors, mediating HOA members and much more!!! We were self managed for many years and our building was in utter despair. Ever since Allstate came along, things are running smoothly at our HOA. Verta, Sam, Jillian, Ben, David and the rest of the group are extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable when it comes to the rules of HOAs.
