Poor accommodations for people in wheel chairs or with disabilities. Was treated poorly by staff. Very inconsistent in their policies. Expensive to rent a wheel chair. Staff yelled at us due to have to temporarily use a flashlight in haunted house when my partner hit her broke foot on a wall while in a wheel chair. One person yelled at us because we had five people in our party which no one else said anything about. What are we supposed to do leave one person out all day? Had to wheel her up ramps just to go back down after recieving a wait time or wait until time is over while people push past hitting her broke toe. It was exhausting all day as I pushed her around. Got yelled at when someone told us to get on the ride and then the lady yelling said it s not your time yet. So inconsistent and rude. People injured struggle with the current policy in place. I contacted kings dominion on the website and never heard back from them.
