Called as early as possible to let them know I was...

Called as early as possible to let them know I was sick, and needed to reschedule/cancel my booking. No flexibility at all on their part. You would think a cancellation due to sickness, which is outside my control would at least be credited or allowed to reschedule. If they had have done that I would ve been happy, but apparently they like to be able to make money for doing as little as possible. Thanks Royal Mail, I ll be going anywhere else but your establishment in future.
