There is very nice hot chocolate, the employees are very cheerful and include sing alongs for the ride! You also get to meet Santa and receive a silver bell that you shall never lose! At the end of the train ride, there are reindeer to look at "Cindy and Cinder". Also, there is a museum and a hut where kids can sit on Santa's lap, tell him what they want for christmas, and take pictures!
