I am the practice manager for a medical surgical facility and my experience of working with banking institutions has not necessarily been a good one, most of the time you just feel like account #11223344 and that is all. I am so pleased to say that working with the TEAM (because they truly are) at First National Bank of South Miami, specifically the Ponce De Leon branch has been the complete opposite. They make sure that your well covered and being properly protected especially in todays world of everyone trying to hack into accounts, they fully understand the importance of security with a smile. I am so happy that they are our bank and that they always go above and beyond, you guys ROCK!!
