With only 3 weeks in to my new position, Stronghold has been very responsive in helping me access different platforms, and such, within our network/system. Never have I had to wait longer than a few minutes before getting a reply to my assistance request, followed by immediate assistance. Much better service than having "an IT" person that is trying to help multiple people within one organization, at the same time. Highly recommended!
