In November we had a flood in our basement while we were in Las Vegas. We came home to a huge mess, and an insurance company who was being difficult to work with. A friend suggested I reach out to Steamatic. I could not get an adjuster out, but Steamatic showed up just an hour or so after I called (and most of that was traveling to get to me!!) Throughout the whole process of cleaning up my basement and doing the repairs, Nate stayed in close contact with us. The experience of a flooded basement is no fun at all, but Steamatic made the experience much less rough than it could have been. From each person who came into our home, we found respect and a desire to do the work to the best of their abilities. We are extremely happy with the work which was done for us, and the desire to work with us in each step. I will recommend Steamatic to anyone!!
