Resting on its laurels. Quality of fish was good, but a sushi restaurant with this reputation should not let guests run out of soy sauce, wasabi, water, and ginger all of which happened. Resolved after brought to their attention. Also, waiter asked "is there anything more I can get you" before our order was even completed (I'm pretty sure they forgot to complete our order). All excusable for a run-of-the-mill sushi bar, but not for one with bookings this far in advance.
