Terrible hotel. I used my free night certificate for a 1 night stay before my cruise. The hotel is very run down in the rooms, you get light through the door, they didn't make the sofa bed up, the mattress was so stained they actually replaced it! The worst part...my guests on the sofa bed had to complain during the middle of the night because of noise in the hallway.

The restaurant/breakfast buffet was delicious as was the lobby area. Front Desk staff did go above and beyond to address concerns.
