My pilot light went out on my gas fireplace that heats my condo main floor. Called the 24 hour service that sent Gary over within an hour. Gary was great, fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the pilot light went out that evening after 8 pm. Called the 24 hour service that guarantees a call back within 1 hour on the website. The call went straight to the office. I called a couple if times but still went straight to the office number. I did leave a few messages on the office number. I ended up going without heat for the night. Called next morning before 8, still went to office number. Called Gary at the number on my call display. He was over with 30 minutes. Never heard from the company on why their 24 hour number did not work on one of the coldest nights. Not impressed at all. If it was not for Gary I would if been without heat for longer and out money as I would called another company. What happened to great customer service??? A call from the company apologizing for the error would made a big differnce.
