Adam Castillo was so helpful with purchasing our newest 4-wheeled family member....many thanks!!!! Buying our sons' first car had been a daunting experience for our family until we met Adam (& Michael Bell:). At BMW San Antonio, we finally found a place where we were NOT pressured to drive away with potential regret:
*No sales-people chasing after us (with their keys jangling) or screaming desperately at us as we attempted to park and begin searching the inventory.
*No, "um no, none of the 8 cars listed on our site are still available, but here are some priced $2k above your stated budget".
*No, "wait here while I ask my manager" the umpteenth individual question (even though you efficiently communicated the various concerns at one time).
*No shaming & dismissing us when asked to lightly discount a posted price to better reflect kbb value.
Thank you again for treating us with kindness and respect (even though we don't have the budget for the gorgeous Beemers:) I look forward to saving for a cute mini-cooper (or use future lottery winnings for a 7-series) and return to your location for quality service, financial savvy (they were able to shave-off 1% from our pre-approved loan rate:), customer care beyond the sale (Adam jumpstarted my ailing car in the lot even after his shift had ended and we hadn't even made the decision to purchase!) and "peace of mind" during the car-buying process (the fresh cookie after a hard day's work made it even better!)
