Very unprofessional, sent me to a job with a client they had never met before and who refused to pay for two weeks of work. As an agency, they are supposed to protect you from this, but I was informed that they could not afford to cover the payment as it would come out of my agent s pocket. On top of that, they didn t want to seek any action against this client out of fear he would leave them a bad review!
Furthermore, I had a meeting arranged with their top recruiter on THEIR request, and when I spoke to her a month later, she hadn t even glanced at my resume and simply went through the motions asking what I was looking for . Why request a meeting then? Huge waste of time.
