After I had my serviced in Dec 2109, I immediately noticed on my way home that there was a substantial loss of power and the engine was making a hollow deep throaty sound. I returned to CATS immediately and it was determined that the loss of engine power was due to a disconnected rubber hose (which was about 50 mm in dia.). Although the power went back to normal after this was reconnected, the hose sustained some damage as it rubbed against one of the engine's pulleys. I have made and have been following up the CATS Service Dept ever since; unfortunately, and have not yet replaced the damaged hose after 10 months. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

In addition to the damaged hose, the sliding cover of my center console got broken during the said PMS and CATS stubbornly refused to replace this citing wear and tear as the reason. Although I countered that it was not broken when I brought the car in for PMS, they simply denied my claim.

Moreover, after the said PMS, I observed that so many settings in the car were not restored to my settings; e.g. aircon was at the coldest temperature setting (i.e. 16 deg C), key chain was broken, mosquitos inside the cabin, seat adjustment was off, etc.

To make matters worse, my calls and texts to the service advisor and the service manager were not returned lasting for about 8 months.

The service level of CATS Motors is at rock bottom especially considering the premium brand they are carrying!
