Recruitment process starting with the frontdesk is great, but the initial interviewer was not user friendly, the way she reacted she felt that she was the biggest thing that happens to the company, for all i know is, interview is supposed to be getting to know the applicant and not being sarcastic and dominant to them. The company needs the head count for each department needs. I was already disappointed with the interview thats why, what ever questions she ask, i acted like i dont know such thing. Id made her felt that i am not fit for the post, never the less she knows that she was taken for a ride because of her attitude. Lesson for this is, dont be dominant to the applicants. Give them a bit of confidence to express themselves enable for you to get to know their abilities and strength. Sad experience with TPG I Square Bldg.
