I rented a property with Caldwell Banker for one y...

I rented a property with Caldwell Banker for one year. The week we moved in the electricity got disconnected and it took 5 days to have it back on (the only shower in the residence was electric). We made it clear to the company that we were planning to move out in one year, despite this they charged us an extra week for not giving the 35 days notice before moving out (we gave 28 days notice). Additionally, there was one month delay in returning the deposit and prior to the deposit being returned I got a phonecall to remind me of paying rent (obviously the person who rang was not aware that we moved out 3 weeks at that that stage). Would not recommend renting from this company.
