Horrible!!! My dad came to the ER @ 1pm, it is now...

Horrible!!! My dad came to the ER @ 1pm, it is now 7:06 pm and it doesn't look like there is any discharge in sight. Upon my arrival they had my dad sitting in a chair without his leg being propped up with a pillow. I had to come & prop his leg up & place my lab coat underneath his knees for support. Also the staff are completely unprofessional. They are arguing in front of the patients and don't seen to care about it. This is absolutely ridiculous.
