I was pleased to get my Acura I-LX for the best price that they could possibly offer. Primevere was very helpful! She allowed me to test drive the vehicle, even though it was a little over my budget, and I ended up loving it! I loved it so much that I came back in the next day and purchased it. Primevere was very helpful during the buying process. She had great communication, talked to her boss to give me the max trade amount for my trade in, and she continuously tried to get me a lower interest rate. She definitely put her best foot forward, and she's very personable! The only part of the process I wish was done differently was that the vehicle still needed to be detail cleaned even after we spoke about finalizing the deal earlier in the day. To correct the issue, Primevere created an appointment for the car to be detail cleaned the next day.
