Feel disappointed about the service. I have booked the ticket to Sydney airport in advance,but staff was not professional enough to find my information until the coach was going to leave. Also, the driver go so far as to close the door when I was rushing to board with the ticket!! Pretty sure the driver saw me was running with luggages-- no doubt about going to airport urgently!! Not going to use any Murrays anymore!
