Bought my 2015 Silverado from you all new about 3 ...

Bought my 2015 Silverado from you all new about 3 years ago. Great ride! Ryan Zimmerman was my salesman. He was great, no pressure type. Answered all my questions before, during and after the sale. Wish I could say the same for David Watkins in the finance department. I realize this review comes several years after the purchase but after my experience initially 3 years ago and this week is the reason why I decided to write a review as I usually do not write them.

After I bought the truck I had a couple questions regarding the plates as they were ordered in error (not sure why that happened) and extended warranty I purchased. He initially responded to my first email about a refund for the plates but never followed to the multiple emails I sent regarding my extended warranty. At the time I remember feeling a little frustrated as though now that the sale was completed my questions were not as important. Pushed aside, as my warranty question was not addressed.

Fast forward three years, this week I needed to get the truck into a dealer as I think the tire sensors are not working correctly. The GM dealer I am taking my truck to requested my extended warranty information as they recommended I call the dealer where I purchased the truck. Wednesday I called, explaining I needed my extended warranty information. The receptionist asked who handled the financing for my truck. She said Dave is here but leave a voicemail if he does not answer as he may be away from the desk or with a customer. No answer, left a detailed message regarding the extended warranty information I needed to get the work done on my truck. Thursday rolls around. No call back. I called the dealer, again explained the situation to the receptionist. She said maybe service can help you. Talked to service. they were able to give me an answer within 30 seconds. It's now Friday afternoon with zero follow up from Dave which I think is disappointing and I doubt he contacted service to find out if they answered my extended warranty question. If Dave had taken 5 minutes to look up my warranty and call me back with the information I requested I would not have needed to call back again taking valuable time from myself and your employees (receptionist and service department staff). Everyone makes mistakes and forgets to make a phone call but after my experience 3 years ago and this week I feel it may be poor business practice on his end to not follow up appropriately as I feel I should have received a follow up call by the end of the week at the latest. I gave 4 stars for Ryan, purchase experience and support staff, if not for my experience with the financial department it would be 5. My dad is due for a new chevy truck here soon. He's always gotten his trucks at Weber but I may tell him to go to Butler for his next one. I'll probably just tell him to steer clear of Dave in finance. Thank you.
