I just got into stained glass and I had a lot of questions. The staff at RAG was awesome and patient on the phone for my many calls. I wanted to order a beginner's kit similar to one another company had online, and they put together a discounted kit exactly the same as the one I wanted, for less money! It was a wonderful deal.

When I went there to pick up my stuff, they were just as nice, helpful, and patient in the store as they were on the phone. Their showroom has an amazing selection of glass, I was like a kid in a candy store! I can't wait to go back there. I am loving my new hobby. You guys have a lifelong customer now. Thanks for everything! :)
