About three weeks ago I ordered a bottle of Glenlivet 12 year old whiskey. It was a present for my hubby for our four year anniversary. The order was delivered a few days ago. I was extremely disappointed because when I unwrapped it, it was a bottle of Glenmorangie. I mean what, did the guy just see 'Glen' and think "oh, this must be it"?

I called the help line and the man who answered was rude and useless. He said he couldn't help me, and that I just had to go into store. So even though I had spent R100 on delivery, I had to spend another R100 on petrol to go to their store in Ottery.

When we arrived, they were unapologetic, simply saying that they're not responsible because it's a different part of the company. I wasn't offered to be reimbursed for the delivery fee, nor was I given an explanation as to how and why this happened.

I did email them to express my unhappiness with their horrendous service, but haven't received a response so they clearly don't care.

Makro, you have lost me as a customer.
