Terrible airport- worst I have ever been to. The signs are not clear. Once you are queuing up in a line because the signs show that you have to stand in this line, you are directed to queuing up in another line. It takes time to get through all the customes! I met other Western people that missed their flights due to all the wrong signals and unhelpfull people. Signs are definitely NOT clear! Even worse, my bank card was taken by the ATM and none of the Chinese staff of the airport was willing to help me!!! I was completely frustrated. Will try not to have my transfer here again.
