Bobby Dickens is less than helpful. I inquired how to process a transaction and was provided a paper application, once I completed and troubled my employer to complete the paper application I was advised I would have to start over and submit it online, and that my employer would have to devote more time to this transaction although we followed their initial instructions. The following day, the online application processing site was unavailable.
Efficiency is not their strong suit, they really made me feel like it wasn't my money we were talking about. All the delays are frustrating and disappointing;
