Went in for tire rotation and inspection sticker. Even though I've owned the car for a year Adam was able to explain a few things to me that I didn't know about the car. He did a great job with everything I needed and also I couldn't believe how clean the car was when they returned it to me. Way better then the experience I've had at Hoffman Lexus. Even though I bought the car at Hoffman's I will be going to Balise For service from now on.
