Awful experience with service department will neve...

Awful experience with service department will never go back. Very rude and disrespectful. I picked up my car after Curry had it for well over a month for the Takata airbag recall. They called me first and told me I would need new rotors and then they called again and said I would just need them turned. I told them not to touch it because I knew how much they would charge me for something that I shouldn't have had to pay for. When I stated to the service tech that this was not how I brought my car in and that there was nothing wrong with the rotors he proceeded to have a smug attitude and say that they weren't going to pay for it and that it wasn't covered under warranty. When I pointed out the fact that they had had my car for the entire time for the airbag recall he stated "well we're not the only one." I am very disappointed with the way Curry handled the situation and I am shocked that they allow such asinine people to work in their service department. The only good that came out of that visit was the lead mechanic who heard what the service rep was doing and apologized profusely and fixed my car right away.
