Before we stopped by, we asked about a car they had on their lot. The salesperson who answered did so quickly and professionally, and even set us up an appointment for later in the week.

When we arrived, we noticed that a saleswoman, Jill, had already brought the car up into an unobstructed area so that we could look at it (and test drive it without having to thread through their stock.) Jill was very helpful during the buying process. At no point did we feel rushed or expected to purchase. Upon first inspection, we noticed that the car was impeccably clean - it was bought used, and except for a small hole in a seat, the upholstery and carpeting looked new. It was obviously well taken care of.

During the test drive, a dashboard light came on and would not turn off. Jill sent the car to the in-house service department, who fixed the problem free of charge within 24 hours. It was done when we stopped by to pick it up. They had also stored the car in the building for pickup after a wash and detailing. (Sadly, due to liability, we weren't able to drive it out of the narrow bay doors ourselves.)

The other vehicles on their used car lot seem to be in a similar condition - however, we were only there to look at one vehicle, so we didn't peer into others. Hanover Honda takes good care of their inventory and will do their best to ensure that a customer is satisfied with their experience.
