David M from RooterPLUS! was fantastic! He was truly exceptional in his communication, diligence, cleanliness, customer care, and problem solving. He thoroughly explained the situation, explained my options, weighing the pros and cons of each option, then walked me through the steps to solve the problem. He began with the less costly option and worked diligently to fix the problem using that method. He also was extremely neat and clean. He carefully moved all of our home products away then laid tarp and towels down to ensure no water got on our floors. He then quickly fixed the problem which multiple other plumbers were unable, or unwilling, to fix. He tested the fix several times himself, then brought me in to test it repeatedly as well. He made sure i was 100% satisfied and explained every detail of the work to me. He even went so far as to provide insight and techniques on how to prevent such clogs from happening in the future. David then cleaned up thoroughly and left my home cleaner than he had entered it. He was a consummate professional. A true gentlemen and scholar.
