I bought clams and cockles yesterday. Unfortunately cooked they released a bad smell. I brought them back and they immediately made me a voucher in addition to giving me the explanations of the case.

Most likely I made them "die" by leaving them in too much water and salt, but Esselunga immediately showed up alongside the Customer.
