The first offer was that they would not sell the vehicle I wanted at invoice and less. They then decided they would. When they appraised my vehicle they were $1000.00 lower than a dealer in Des Moines and wanted a second set of tires and wheel which were never a part of the deal. I will not be darkening their showroom door any time in the near or distant future.
In my opinion this is the kind of dealings that has most buyers afraid to step on the lot.
