I am so pleased with my experience with National Auto Warehouse. I spoke with Eric on the phone several times about the BMW 325xi wagon I was looking at online. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was serviced and ready when I drove down from Nashville to purchase it, shared details from the Auto Check report from me, and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. When we had an issue with the key before driving off, Eric and his service technician stayed late to fix the problem so that we could drive back to Nashville without issues. We have followed up with him since, and I will say this is BY FAR the best experience I've had buying a used car, or any car really. You can tell that these folks really do care about their customers, and I especially think that Eric is the most solid guy I've met in this industry so far. I got a great deal, a great car, and great customer service. A+++
