I was very pleased with the service from Emad. He was very friendly, patient and helpful and not too pushy. He was fine letting me test drive until I got a good feel for the car. If he didn t know the answer to a question I had he found someone who did know. When I was pretty sure I was going to buy the car but didn t have time that day and needed to leave and come back the next day he was understanding and didn t pressure me extensively to stay. He even put gas in my car before I headed home because he saw that it was on empty when they did the appraisal. So nice! I also appreciated the finance guy taking no for an answer the first time after showing me additional warranty options. My only complaint would be that when I was meeting with the finance guy I asked about using my credit card for $5000 of the cost and financing the rest and he said I didn t need to do that bc I could just use my credit card to pay it off if I wanted to get credit card rewards. Unfortunately, when I got home my husband pointed out that there s generally a fee to pay with a cc so I kind of got shorted out of a plane ticket. One last thing...I shopped at several different auto dealerships and this was by far the most dated of them. The place could really use a facelift...stained carpet, mismatched tile in bathrooms, etc.
