This has got to be the least professional group of people we have ever dealt with. Their inefficiencies include: hanging up on callers seeking answers, not returning ANY phone calls, although they state they have 48 hours to return calls, its been over two weeks...crickets..., will press the voicemail button when you call them instead of answering their phone, non-stop run around and 0 desire to actually help people solve any problems. Keep up the good work ladies!
